An Exploration of Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Kelsey Hendrickson.

In our busy, go go go lives, we can often forget to pause.

This is your invitation to slow down, take a deep breath and fully relax.

Kelsey will guide you through a Restorative Yoga practice: long held, supportive poses that place the body into positions which encourage relaxation and we will finish with a blissful Yoga Nidra guided meditation done lying down that brings us into a deeper state of Self awareness.
