Our classes

We have three different styles of yoga on our schedule. You can read more about these below, view our Mosman timetable and book your classes.

These uplifting classes draw on familiar postures & practices from traditions such as Ashtanga Yoga to establish a sense of vitality, self-connection and wellbeing of mind & body. This is a general level practice which invites breath awareness and an exploration of dynamic styles of yoga. Expect sun salutations, flowing poses & to leave feeling warm & uplifted in body, mind & general energetic state.

Flow

Feet on yoga mat

A warming & energising physical practice focussed on the balance of strengthening & lengthening postural & energetic lines in the body.Postures are slowed down and often workshopped with a focus on technique, individuality and therapeutic exploration using yoga as a framework for awareness and internal enquiry. Breath awareness & its importance is also focussed on in this class. The style will leave you feeling nurtured, restored and renewed.

Hatha

A slow and often still practice, Yin seeks to provide a space for quiet reflection, an opportunity for our fascia to release , restoring energetic flow to the meridians and the body itself.

Using gentle down-regulating breath practices alongside arranging the body in postures that support the free flow of energy, we are given an opportunity to slow down and contemplate where we are.Incredibly empowering and restorative, yin seeks to harmonise the energy within enabling you to meet yourself where you are. Expect to adventure poses that are low to the ground & held a bit longer than your typical asana class to provide soft & yet deep releases from the bodies tissues...
