WHY IS MOBILITY TRAINING IMPORTANT?

 Maintaining physical strength & balance, mobility exercises keep us stronger, injury free, safer & more independent as we age.

 Mobility exercises can allow us to stay more active, which helps regulate blood pressure, improves circulation, keeps joints and muscles flexible, and assists with balance, helping us navigate our environment more easily & freely.

 As you start building all-round functional fitness, strength & body conditioning, you will reduce aches & pains, build stronger, more adaptive muscles/joints that’ll help you stay healthy & active for longer.

 

What can I expect from the course?

  • Fun & challenging classes with neurological training to help develop the mind body connection

  • Protocols to add into your daily life to help condition & improve joint range of motion, muscular strength & tendon / ligament health, all designed to help prevent injury & improve longevity

  • To walk away feeling like your body is younger, stronger & more resilient

Times: Mondays 4:45pm and Saturdays 7am

When: Starts Monday May 6th and Saturday May 11th

Duration: 6 weeks

Investment: $150

*you can join Dan once a week or feel free to join in on both Monday and Saturday.*
