Criena Court

Reiki Healing | Fridays

Cri is an artist & graphic designer, who practiced yoga for almost 20 years, before taking the leap into the teaching space in 2017. Expanding her understanding of yoga and yogic philosophy was initially about supporting her artistic practice, that delves into concepts of reality, perception and self. Once understood, the desire to share her passion for yoga and energy outside of the Sydney art world became clear.

Yoga training led to an ongoing exploration into yin yoga, qi gong and TCM 5 element theory in relation to the subtle energy systems of the body, leading ultimately to the gentle bodywork modality of Reiki.

Reiki is a gentle, non-intrusive hands-on bodywork modality which promotes deep relaxation and encourages the body’s natural ability to self heal. Hands are used on or around the body to allow the flow of universal life force energy, clearing and balancing the energy systems of the body. Your practitioner is an attuned conduit for this energy.

Reiki offers helps reduce stress, induce deep relaxation, improve energy levels and increase your overall sense of wellbeing and peace.
