During this 2 HR DEEP REST practice you will be guided through a restorative yin yoga sequence, followed by therapeutic yoga nidra session, specifically designed to support the parasympathetic or rest & digest function of the nervous system.
This simple shift activates the body’s natural healing mechanism which can facilitate deep healing on a physical, mental and emotional level.
