  • discover the connection between breath, body and movement.  The key to pilates and more awareness in your own body

  • find new strength you didn't know existed.  Working with Lisa to find the most useful way to use your body !

Pilates offers endless benefits in terms of core strength, flexibility and mobility.  Lisa will be working with you to focus on

  • improving postural alignment by training and conditioning your muscle tissue

  • reaching and activating those deeper layers of muscle that are often hard to find

  • building broader awareness and proprioception of your own body.  

  • Creating improvement in your breath and the ranges of motion you are capable of utilising
