Roll & Restore with Lisa Theodore is a 2 Hour workshop focused on helping you a create happier neck & healthier shoulders. 

Lisa will guide you through an experiential practice of self massage using trigger point therapy balls, myofacial release and functional movement to help you:

  • Unwind physical & emotional tension

  • Increase your range of motion

  • Increase strength

  • Restore functional movement

You'll leave feeling like you've had a juicy neck & shoulder massage - less tension & restriction - more ease and fluidity.
