We are super excited to welcome Vedic Meditation teacher Jo Amor to teach at our studio in November!
A regular meditation practice is fast becoming a necessary tool for wellbeing. We are in the midst of a stress epidemic and must learn how to tap into an inner stillness which cannot be found in the ever changing outside world.
Vedic Meditation is a popular technique for its simplicity, profound benefits and ease with which it can be incorporated into our busy schedules!
Jo is passionate about sharing this technique after experiencing the immense benefits it had on her own life. She loves debunking the myth that meditation is difficult and inspiring people to begin meditating regularly.
Whether you’ve been experimenting with various techniques already or are a complete beginner, we highly recommend you join Jo for this course.
Within the group you will be instructed one-on-one and equipped with a powerful meditation skill that can be easily applied in your busy life!
