A MYO YIN Immersion

Join Em Cruickshank as she leads you through a delicious 2 hour journey to release tension, stress and stagnation through the modalities of yin and myofascial release. 

This practice is not only for the body, but for deep inner release.

Using fascia release balls, you will visit a series of trigger points throughout the body to melt fascial adhesions and restore healthy chi flow to the body, heart and mind. Eliciting a restoration of freedom of movement within the physical body and a release of physical discomfort, you will feel a sense of ease wash over you after each release.

Mindfully engaging meridian nidra and pranayama as we release, we will eventually land softly into yin poses throughout melding mindfulness, breath and release to deliver vibrancy and ease to the fullness
of self.
