This four week program with Lisa Maree Theodore is an opportunity to safely learn the foundational elements of yoga practice, so you can enter a studio class, or practice at home with confidence.
This course is perfect for you if you are new to yoga, or wishing to deepen your knowledge and confidence.
Over the course of the month you will explore some of the foundational poses of yoga, with the opportunity to learn the basic principles of alignment and breathing. Working with Lisa you will also explore any personal adjustments and variations required depending on your needs. You will build stability
and strength, improve your mobility as well as developing more mindful attention AND a weekly yoga habit.
Lisa will guide you step by step through the learning process, breaking down a small number of poses and moving through a beginner yoga sequence each week. There will be adequate time for personal attention and delicious amounts of rest in each 75 minute session (it’s not all just hard work!).
We have mats available for hire at the studio if you don’t have your own, bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes suitable for movement. We’ve got the rest covered.
