Do you have pain, stiffness or limited flexibility in your hips, hamstrings and lower back? Are you a surfer, yogi, weight lifter, runner or martial art-er? Do you sit for a job, run around after kids, struggle to tie your shoes or sit on the floor?

If life feels like it is getting in the way of a healthy, flexible pain free body then this is the workshop for you.

During this two hour workshop we will Roll and Restore the body with a particular focus on the hips and low back areas.
This practice is a fusion of myofascial release techniques (rolling on the ball), yoga asana, the fascial work of Thomas Myers as well as functional movement practices that Lisa has studied with some of the most amazing movers of our time.

This workshop will help you;

  • Unwind tension

  • Improve your range of motion

  • Improve circulation

  • Manage pain and find comfort in your body

Think of it as slow yoga fused with deep tissue, fascially focused self massage that will unwind tension and rebuild pathways of movement that might have been locked away for years.

** This workshop is suitable for beginners and conditioned movers alike.
