This unique workshop is a exploration of elements of your self compassion towards your body you may not have encountered before. We create a safe and brave space to unpack how to be more compassionate, trusting and warm towards your body or parts of your body you may struggle with.
There will some time to break down what clinical self compassion is and reflect on your own body compassion and you will only be asked to go as far as is right for you. We look at layers of our body, at how neuroscience can support a bad body day and dive into the Vagus nerve system to calm and soothe with gentle easy self massage.
We will use meditation, yoga, pranyama (breathing techniques) and neuroscience to support a more compassionate relationship with your body.
This workshop is for all bodies and completely inclusive. The yoga is gentle in nature and can be done in a chair if you need. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need extra support.
