In Hush Hour 2.0 the Woke Sangha moves into contemplative meditation practices.
Led by Em Cruickshank and Joe Rundle, this course is for those wishing to continue their weekly practice and for those wishing to join an established sangha.
All levels are welcome.
In Hush Hour 2.0 we continue to build our meditation practices and combine them with contemplation and self-inquiry to cultivate and develop our ability to draw insights and wisdom from within.
We will introduce a variety of Buddhist, Vedic, Sufi and Jnana yoga teachings to help tap into your inner joy and wisdom, and break through the layers of conditioned thinking. In this term we will explore the method of self-inquiry used in Jnana Yoga, the Path of Wisdom.
By combining meditation with self-inquiry we create a powerful, transformative practice. This practice has the potential to lead you to the source of your inner joy and lasting happiness.

Evenings: 7:45pm - 8:45pm
