Roll & Restore with Lisa Theodore is a 2 Hour workshop focused on helping you create happier, healthier hips.
Lisa will guide you through an experiential practice of self massage using trigger point therapy balls, myofacial release and functional movement to help you:
- Unwind physical & emotional tension
- Increase your range of motion
- Increase strength
- Restore functional movement
You'll leave feeling like you've had a juicy hip massage - less tension & restriction - more ease and fluidity. You will also get your own set of massage therapy balls to take home so you can practice self-myofacial release after the workshop.
