This workshop is for students and teachers who can hold a handstand against the wall but can only free balance sometimes, as well as beginners who are new to being upside down.
Liz will lead you through an hour long warm up including breath-work, wrist preparation and handstand principles like; how to use your core, and access the strength of your shoulder girdle safely and effectively.
You'll learn to work with gravity, breath and the support of the earth, to find your confidence and orientation upside down, overcoming fear with awareness and steadiness of mind.
