Space to Breathe is an introduction to meditation and breath with Em Cruickshank.
In a world where TIME is the most precious of commodities, we find ourselves seeking refuge from the busyness of daily life - a space where we can simply breath and be quiet.
This 4 week foundation course uses the tools of breath and meditation to find a place of calm where we can recalibrate and find balance.
Rooted in the tradition of insight meditation, ancient tao and buddhist breath techniques, each week we will build the foundation for a home practice.
When we cultivate our ability to be present in the moment, we find a surprising sense of clarity, creativity and calm - quietly adjusting the way in which we walk in the world - the way in which we relate to ourselves and others.
And through this we arrive at the doorstep of freedom, choice and responsibility.
Space to Breathe is a course for the benefit of yourself and others around you.
