This workshop series is designed specifically for high school students who want to learn powerful and effective tools they can use in their everyday lives to:
- stay focused and calm under pressure
- release tension and stiffness from study & sport
- reduce anxiety & depression
- connect with like minded peers
Please wear comfortable sport gear and bring a towel and a water bottle.
