We are delighted to be collaborating with Dr Sara Winchester to bring to Yoga Sivana our first 6 week course , exploring the practice and benefits of Theta Meditation.
What is Theta Meditation:
There are five main frequency brain waves: Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta, and Gamma. These brain waves are in constant motion, the brain produces consistent waves at all frequencies.
When you are in Theta meditation the low frequency theta waves in your brain can help creativity, strong emotional connections as well as lower stress and anxiety and create a healing effect.
In this course you will meet once a week over 6 weeks, where you will both practice & discuss Theta meditation techniques.You will also receive an audio of the guided meditation to support your home practice. There are ONLY LIMITED SPACES with Dr Sara in this series.
