The Hush Hour is a 6-week meditation course; a step-by-step easy to follow meditation practice that is accessible to all. Learn how to settle your mind and heart to find the inner peace and joy that resides within you. We are all seeking happiness and fulfillment in our lives and the Hush Hour aims to safely guide you in your journey through meditation.
Each week you will practice meditation and be gently guided to cultivate your inner awareness. Our intention is to establish our own meditation weekly Sangha (community) at Woke Yoga to provide a shared place to practice, relate experiences and support each other.
This course offers an easy meditation practice that is accessible for everyone including beginners.
