The Revive Yoga Retreats are designed specifically with pure relaxation in mind. A long weekend where time stands still, schedules don’t exist. Where nourishment of the body, heart and mind is the intention. Where luxurious surroundings and the gentle peace of nature, nourish you. We bring together experts in their fields to ensure an experience that is full of ease and grace, where free time is honoured.
This barefoot luxury retreat is curated to allow for deep rest. Designed to unshackle you. Designed to release you. Designed for unfettered freedom. Picture yourself relaxing in the outdoor beanbag, curled up with a good book , the only sounds you hear are nature.
You can smell the delicious aroma of a gorgeous nurturing dinner being prepared for you. You feel peacefully content, having started your day with a serene meditation outdoors amongst nature, nourished by a balanced breakfast, and followed by a yoga practice that has strengthened your body, your heart and mind.
Your massage awaits you for later in your day. Nurturing hands promise to melt you into deep rest..a floating warmth pervades your entire body. No watches. Nowhere to be. No one else to look after. Just you. In pure relaxation. Cared for. Time to come home……to you.
For The Body, Heart & Mind
With twice daily yoga immersions, you will dive a little deeper into your practice, where we have the space to explore alignment, mindfulness and breath. Crafted into yin and yang experiences, we move to energise and come to stillness to revive.
We explore meditation and yoga nidra with daily sessions designed for restful nights sleep and gentle awakened compassion within.
Our massage therapist Monica, is deeply knowledgeable, bringing with her qualifications in naturopathy and reiki and remedial massage. With over 25 years of experience in body work, Monica’s discernment and her intuitive sense of touch will immediately put you at ease.
Our food is designed by chef Simon Favorito of Your Conscious Kitchen - he and his team deliver an alchemy of food crafted to be incredibly nourishing, taking into account the seasonal organic produce, the intention of the retreat itself and of course, catered for your individual dietary needs.
Held at the quietly luxurious, Awaba Retreat - our retreat house feels like home. Spacious and contemporary, surrounded by nature and situated in a hidden valley, your worries literally dissolve as you drive into the 22 acre property. With a heavenly hot outdoor shower and swimming pool to dip into for those who are game, on a crisp clear sunny day, Awaba Retreat is designed perfectly for chasing the sun, book in hand. Naps are encouraged here, whether taken in the hammock or on the generous day bed or perhaps the outdoor beanbags….soak up the sun and let nature nurture. Intentionally kept to small numbers to ensure a personal and private experience, only 13 participants per retreat.

Q. I have a dietary requirement - can I still come on the retreat?
A. Of course we will ensure your dietary requirements are met! Simon and his team are incredibly mindful around this and we truly understand that getting this right means you can relax! Let us know at the time of booking.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Apart from yourself - very little else! The retreat space has mats, bolsters, blocks and straps and many other props besides, so no need worry there! By all means, you are more than welcome to bring your own mat and props if you prefer practicing on your own equipment!
Awaba Retreat is a eco friendly environment and will supply all bedding and towels and pool towels!
Please DO BRING:
A water bottle! This ensures that you are able to have water in the yoga shala but will also help us reduce energy wastage through the continual washing of cups!
Ear plugs are also a good addition if you are sharing a room and know you are a light sleeper!
Swimmers and a good book - just cause its all about the relaxation and the unplug and you will have plenty of time to be doing just that!
Walking shoes if you fancy a ramble around the surrounding countryside or up the hill through the bushland!
Q. When will I see the itinerary?
A. We intentionally withhold the itinerary in the spirit of assisting the process of descheduling! By allowing yourself to let go of needing to know the time, we foster an experience of timelessness. Let us worry about the time, and let yourself simply go with the flow! In this way you are able to really listen to what you need in any moment - nothing is compulsory on this retreat - so you can simply be where you want to be!
